经济法作为一门重要的法律部门,对于调节我国经济发展起到重要作用。社会整体利益作为经济法维护的重要对象,不仅要求广大人民群众履行相应的义务和承担相应的责任,更加要求法律法规对于整体利益的保护、监督、执行等方面的规定。如此,才能对市场经济进行规范和指导,促进社会经济的发展和进步,保障社会整体利益。本文主要从经济法维护社会整体利益内在逻辑作为切入点,研究和分析经济法对社会整体利益的维护方式。
Economic law, as an important legal department, plays an important role in regulating China’s economic development. As an important object of economic law, the interests of the entire society not only require the broad masses of the people to fulfill their respective obligations and assume corresponding responsibilities, but also require the laws and regulations to protect, supervise and enforce the overall interests. In this way, we can regulate and guide the market economy, promote the development and progress of social economy and safeguard the interests of the entire society. In this paper, we mainly study from the internal logic of economic law in safeguarding the interests of the whole society, and study and analyze how the economic law protects the interests of society as a whole.
