采用三倍体胚乳数量性状世代平均数的遗传模型,分析了二棱大麦(HordeumdistichumL.)品种及其半双列杂交F2种子的7种必需氨基酸含量的两年资料。结果表明,7种必需氨基酸含量的遗传除了异亮氨酸外均受种子直接基因效应和母体效应的控制。其中赖、苏和蛋氨酸的遗传以直接加性和母体显性效应为主。苯丙氨酸以种子直接加性和显性效应为主。缬、亮和异亮氨酸含量主要受控于种子直接显性效应。除缬氨酸外,其余氨基酸均存在明显的直接显性效应×环境互作。结果还发现赖氨酸含量的种子直接加性与母体加性之间存在较强的遗传正相关,并且普通遗传率(h2O+h2M=55.6%)亦较高。这表明在杂交后代对其直接选择是有效的。RisФ1508的赖、苏和缬氨酸含量均较高,并有显著的正的直接加性和母体加性效应,是改良赖氨酸含量较好的亲本。种子7种必需氨基酸含量的种子直接杂种优势和母体杂种优势均不明显
Based on the genetic model of average number of triploid endosperm traits, two-year data of seven essential amino acids content of Hordeum distichum L. and half-diplex F2 seeds were analyzed. The results showed that except for isoleucine, the seven essential amino acids were all controlled by direct gene effect and maternal effect. Among them, the inheritance of Lai, Su and methionine are mainly direct additive and maternal dominance. Phenylalanine with direct additive and dominant effects of the seeds. Valerian, light and isoleucine contents were mainly controlled by the direct dominant effect of seeds. In addition to valine, the other amino acids have obvious direct dominant effect × environment interaction. The results also showed that there was a strong genetic positive correlation between additive content of the lysine content and maternal additive, and the common heritability (h2O + h2M = 55.6%) was also higher. This indicates that it is valid for direct selection of the offspring of hybrids. Ris Ф1508 has higher contents of Lai, Su and Val, and has significant positive direct additive and maternal additive effects, which is a good parent with improved lysine content. The direct hybrid vigor and maternal heterosis of the seeds with seven essential amino acids content were not obvious
