目的对乳腺癌患者血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)进行检测,探讨血清中VEGF和FGF在乳腺癌中的意义。方法选择2004年6月-2014年5月台州市立医院肿瘤外科收治的85例乳腺癌患者为观察组,健康女性85例为对照组,比较两组血清中VEGF和FGF的表达情况以及乳腺癌类型、分期、大小和淋巴结转移和血清中VEGF和FGF表达的关系。结果观察组患者的血清中VEGF和FGF水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。浸润性导管癌、导管内癌和浸润性小叶癌之间血清中VEGF和FGF表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乳腺癌Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期之间血清中VEGF和FGF表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乳腺癌直径≥2cm患者血清中VEGF和FGF水平均高于直径<2cm患者(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移患者VEGF和FGF水平均高于无转移患者(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者血清中VEGF和FGF水平增加,血清中VEGF和FGF水平和乳腺癌的临床分期、肿瘤大小及有无淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To detect the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF) in patients with breast cancer, and to explore the significance of serum VEGF and FGF in breast cancer . Methods Totally 85 breast cancer patients admitted to Taizhou Municipal Hospital from June 2004 to May 2014 were selected as observation group and 85 healthy women as control group. The levels of VEGF and FGF in breast cancer were compared between the two groups , Staging, size and lymph node metastasis and serum VEGF and FGF expression. Results The levels of serum VEGF and FGF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF and FGF in invasive ductal carcinoma, intraductal carcinoma and infiltrating lobular carcinoma (P> 0.05). The levels of VEGF and FGF in serum of stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ of breast cancer were significantly different (P <0.05), while the levels of VEGF and FGF in serum of breast cancer ≥2cm were higher than those of the diameter (P <0.05). The levels of VEGF and FGF in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of VEGF and FGF in serum of patients with breast cancer are increased, and the levels of VEGF and FGF in serum are related to the clinical stage, tumor size and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
