人文素养是学生综合素质的重要内容,传授知识,开启智慧,润泽人生境界,是教师师德的体现。让学生按照爱好、特长和性格茁壮成长,尊重学生、信赖学生,把学生培养成有健康心灵、有远大理想、有感恩之心和充满正能量的人是语文教育和人文素养培养的应有之义。本文结合小学教育中人文素养培养方面存在的问题,有针对性地提出了四个方面的解决措施。
Humanities accomplishment is an important content of the overall quality of students, imparting knowledge, opening up the wisdom, moisturizing the realm of life is the embodiment of the teacher’s morality. Let students grow according to hobby, specialty and character, respect students, trust students, develop students into a healthy soul, lofty ideals, grateful heart and full of positive energy, which should be cultivated in Chinese education and humanistic accomplishment Meaning. Combining with the problems existing in the training of humanities in primary education, this article puts forward four solutions in a targeted way.
