中俄原油管道漠河—大庆段工程(简称漠大线),北起漠河首站,南接大庆末站(现庆铁线林源首站),沿线途经黑龙江省、内蒙古自治区共12个县市,是中国境内重要的原油管道之一。漠大线原油管道所经过地区地貌类型多样、地质构造复杂、人类工程活动强烈、地质环境较脆弱。冻土及水毁等地质灾害的潜在威胁,对管道的正常营运构成了危害。管道地质灾害已经成为我国管道安全的主要风险源之一。因此,分析多年冻土对漠大线原油管道的危害,进行危害等级分区,提出合理的意见和建议,对减轻或避免地质灾害对沿线油气管道的危害具有重要意义。
Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline Mohe - Daqing section of the project (desert line), north Mohe first station, south of Daqing terminal station (now Qinglin line Linyuan first station), via the Heilongjiang Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region a total of 12 counties , Is one of the important crude oil pipelines in China. There are various types of geomorphology in the Great Mouth Line crude oil pipeline, complex geological structure, strong human engineering activity and relatively weak geological environment. The potential threat of geological hazards such as frozen earth and water damage poses a threat to the normal operation of the pipeline. Pipeline geological disasters have become one of the main risk sources of pipeline safety in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the hazards of permafrost to the crude oil pipeline in the Mudanjiang line and to classify the hazard levels, and put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions to mitigate or avoid the hazards of geological disasters to the oil and gas pipelines along the line.
