目的:建立HPLC法测定阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾中二级分的含量,方法:以对乙酸氨基酚为内标,以μBondapakC18为固定相,磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(pH4.4±0.1)甲醇(85:15)为流动相,检测波长为对21nm,同时测定阿莫维酸钾中阿莫西林和克拉维酸钾的含量。结果:平均回收率及RSD(n=9)为阿莫西林(102.9±0.4)%,克拉维酸钾(99.0±0.3)%结论;本法简便、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the second fraction of amoxicillin / clavulanate potassium by HPLC.METHODS: Using aminobaphenol as internal standard, μBondapakC18 as stationary phase, sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH4.4 ± 0.1 ) Methanol (85:15) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength of 21nm, while the determination of amoxicillin amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate content. Results: The average recoveries and RSD (n = 9) were 102.9 ± 0.4% for amoxicillin and 99.0 ± 0.3% for clavulanate. The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
