绩效管理是企业管理的重要环节,建立科学的绩效考核体系,能够引导员工的努力方向与企业目标保持一致,从而提升个人、团队的执行力及工作效率,推动企业发展。近几年,面对行业经济持续下行和企业效益下滑的形势,陕北矿业公司采取强管理、降成本等一系列举措稳步发展,绩效管理也取得一些成效,但仍不够完善,有待进一步增强。本文就完善员工个人绩效考核体系进行研究,旨在健全引导激励机制,实现企业与员工协同发展。
Performance management is an important part of business management. The establishment of a scientific performance appraisal system can guide the efforts of employees in keeping with the corporate goals so as to enhance the execution and efficiency of individuals and teams and promote the development of enterprises. In recent years, faced with the continuous downward movement of the industry economy and the declining efficiency of enterprises, a series of measures such as strong management and cost reduction have been developed steadily and some achievements have been made in performance management. However, they are still not perfect enough and need to be further strengthened. In this paper, to improve the individual performance appraisal system for employees to study, aiming to improve the guidance of incentives to achieve synergies between enterprises and employees.
