缄默知识理论主要是由英国思想家与物理学家波兰尼提出的,其认为人类具有两种知识,一种为显性知识,一种为缄默知识,缄默知识作为一种十分重要的知识类型,是所有显性知识的根源,显性知识的不断增加、理解与应用均要依靠缄默知识。现阶段,在人文社会科学、自然科学等领域研究中,缄默知识理论得到了广泛应用,对于教育领域也不例外。本文通过对缄默知识理论的分析,阐述其在高中语文教学的具体应用。一、缄默知识理论概述
Tacit knowledge theory is mainly proposed by Polanyi, a British thinker and physicist who believes that mankind has two kinds of knowledge, one is explicit knowledge and the other is tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge is a very important type of knowledge. All explicit knowledge of the root causes of explicit knowledge is increasing, understanding and application must rely on tacit knowledge. At this stage, in the humanities and social sciences, natural sciences and other fields of study, tacit knowledge theory has been widely used, for the field of education is no exception.
