个体知识共享意愿对知识共享,尤其是隐性知识共享,有着重要影响。最近西方很多学者从社会资本角度对知识共享意愿进行了研究。研究显示,“社会资本”概念同“关系”之间最有可能出现嫁接和融合。本文从“关系”视角,构建了“关系”类型影响个体知识共享意愿的概念模型并提出了假设。从而对社会资本和知识管理进行了一次管理本土化研究的尝试。
Willingness of individual knowledge sharing has an important influence on knowledge sharing, especially tacit knowledge sharing. Recently, many scholars in the West studied the willingness to share knowledge from the perspective of social capital. Research shows that grafting and integration are most likely to emerge between the concept of “social capital” and “relationship.” From the perspective of “relationship ”, this paper constructs a conceptual model of “relationship ” type that affects the willingness of individuals to share knowledge and puts forward the hypothesis. An attempt was made to manage the localization of social capital and knowledge management.
