本文较详细地介绍了哈尔滨车辆段运用网络计划技术进行货车段修的情况,该段从修车实际情况出发,研制并逐步完善了配件、部件、辆车、组合四种网络图。建立了开工前的准备工作、质量、材料供应、设备、安全五个保证系统及一个生产信息中心。文章认为应用网络技术能够取得提高检修效率;压缩检修残车,增加社会经济效益;工序衔接紧凑,质量控制严密;质量与安全指标稳定等效果。
This article introduces in detail the situation of truck depot network planning technology in Harbin Depot, starting from the actual situation of repairing the car, and develops and gradually improves the network diagrams of parts, components, vehicles and combinations. Established before the start of the preparatory work, quality, material supply, equipment, safety five assurance system and a production information center. The article believes that the application of network technology can be made to improve the efficiency of overhaul; compression repair the car, increase social and economic benefits; process convergence tight, strict quality control; quality and safety indicators stable effect.
