我国沿海藻类资源丰富,养殖事业发达。已知海洋微生物在海域油污染的净化过程中起着积极的作用。迄今,在河口、海湾及近海海水和沉积物中油污后微生物的种群及数量变化已有不少报导。但作为微生物的一种特殊界面—藻体表面,油污后,其表面微生物变化情况至今尚无资料,开展这一课题的研究,对于深入了解油污对海藻的影响,阐明海域油污的净化规律,以及探讨藻—菌之间的关系都有一定意义。本文着重报导油污对石莼、紫菜藻体表面细菌影响的一些试验结果。
