本文指出了北京型机车换向故障较多的原因是换向机构在换向过程中冲击较大,并分析了冲击力形成的原因,找出了减少冲击力的方法。通过装车试验表明,加装节流堵的改造是一项良好的方法。
This paper points out that the reason that the Beijing locomotive commutation fault is more is that the commutation mechanism has a greater impact in the commutation process and analyzes the reason for the formation of the impact force and finds out the method to reduce the impact force. Through the loading test shows that the installation of throttling plugging is a good way to transform.
