随着企业内外部环境的变化,多团队系统大量产生,如新产品研发团队、企业活动策划团队、各类项目小组等,这些多团队系统在企业的日常运作中发挥重要的作用。与单个团队相比,多团队系统更接近于一个临时的组织,成员来自各个不同团队,具有不同的专业背景与技能。传统的团队管理理论在解释与指导多团队系统运作时显得乏力,因此,研究多团队系统的协作过程,提高团队系统的运作效率具有重要的方法论意义。本文选取企业中的研发项目团队作为多团队系统的现实载体,研究多团队系统运作过程与多团队效能之间的关系,采用问卷调查的方法,运用层次回归模型对多团队协作过程三个维度、多团队效能三个维度、调节变量任务互依性之间的关系进行分析讨论。
With the change of internal and external environment, multi-team system has been produced in large numbers, such as new product R & D team, enterprise activity planning team, various project teams, etc. These multi-team systems play an important role in the daily operation of the enterprise. Compared to a single team, a multi-team system is more like a temporary organization with members from different teams with different professional backgrounds and skills. The traditional theory of team management is weak in explaining and guiding the operation of multi-team system. Therefore, it is of important methodological significance to study the collaborative process of multi-team system and improve the operational efficiency of the team system. This paper chooses R & D project team in enterprise as the realistic carrier of multi-team system, studies the relationship between multi-team system operation process and multi-team effectiveness, uses questionnaire survey method and hierarchical regression model to analyze the three dimensions of multi-team collaboration process, Multi-team effectiveness of the three dimensions, adjusting the relationship between task variables to analyze the relationship between.
