以粳稻87-4为供体,香糯稻35-90为受体,采用花粉管通道法进行外源DNA导入。当代结籽26粒,D1代实收单株3株。从D2代中选择8个单株,其抽穗期、株高、稳长、千粒重、粒色及籽粒蛋白质含量等出现比较明显变异,有一变异林还出现紫色颖尖、紫色叶耳及叶舌,上述变异说明外源DNA已导入受体,并在子代中得到表达。
Using japonica rice 87-4 as donor and Xiangnuo 35-90 as acceptor, foreign DNA was introduced by pollen tube pathway. Contemporary seed 26, D1 generation received three plants. There were obvious variations in heading date, plant height, grain length, grain weight, grain protein content and grain protein content among 8 plants selected from D2 generation. There was also a mutant forest with purple tip, purple ear and ligule, The above variation indicates that foreign DNA has been introduced into the recipient and expressed in the offspring.
