YD504A 焊剂是加有钛硼稀土的无锰低硅中性渣系熔炼型的低氢高韧性焊剂。与适量含锰(Mn=1.75%~2.50%)的焊丝(如 H10Mn2,H10Mn2.5,H10Mn2Mo 系焊丝)相组合,适用于 D·E32、D·E36船板钢与平台钢,16Mn,16Mng,16MnDR,15MnVR 等低合金钢的埋弧自动焊。焊接工艺性能良好,电弧稳定,焊缝成形美观,特别是在坡口内的脱渣性优于一般常用的431焊剂,脱渣容易,熔敷金属的扩散氢含量低,焊剂在规定烘焙制度下,扩散氢含量保证值≤2.5mL/100g,因而焊缝金属的抗裂性好,低温韧性稳定。焊缝金属性能符合中国船检局《钢质海船入级与建造规范》Ⅲ47级和《海上固定平台入级与建造规范》4P36级的规定,符合-40℃压力容器的规范要求。研制结果表明,YD504A 焊剂熔敷金属扩散含氢量和焊缝金属抗裂性均优于具有80年代国际先进水平的日本 NF310焊剂,在我国第一个通过低氢高韧性焊剂鉴定,填补了我国用于低合金钢低氢高韧性熔炼焊剂的空白。
YD504A flux is boron-boron-rare earth manganese-free low-silicon slag-based low melting type of high hydrogen toughness flux. It can be used in D · E32, D · E36 shipbuilding steel and platform steel, 16Mn, 16Mng, stainless steel with suitable Mn (Mn = 1.75% ~ 2.50%) welding wire (such as H10Mn2, H10Mn2.5 and H10Mn2Mo welding wire) 16MnDR, 15MnVR and other low alloy steel submerged arc welding. Good welding process performance, stable arc, beautiful weld appearance, especially in the groove of the deslagging better than the commonly used 431 flux, easy slag removal, deposited metal diffusion of hydrogen content is low, the flux in the provisions of the baking system, Diffusive hydrogen content guaranteed value ≤ 2.5mL / 100g, so the weld metal crack resistance, low temperature toughness and stability. Weld metal performance in line with the China Ship Inspection Bureau “steel classification and construction of steel ship” Ⅲ-level 47 and “fixed platform for marine classification and construction” 4P36 level requirements, in line with -40 ℃ pressure vessel specifications. The results show that YD504A flux deposited metal diffusion hydrogen content and weld metal crack resistance are better than the 80’s with the international advanced level of Japan NF310 flux in our country through the identification of low hydrogen and high toughness flux to fill our country Low-alloy steel for low hydrogen toughness melting flux blank.
