办重点中学是党和政府在教育方面的一项重要决策。对重点中学的基本要求是:模范地执行党的教育方针,能够按照教育规律办事,培养高质量的学生。重点中学是中学教育的骨干,它在师资、设备等方面是比较好的,国家对它寄予很大希望。我们认为重点中学在实现党和国家提出的那些要求和完成任务时,它应当虚心向一般学校学习,注意用别人的长处弥补自己的不足。同时,应在可能范围内,给一般中学以支援。重点中学与一般学校,都是国家的社会主义建设事业的
Running key high schools is an important decision for the party and the government in education.
