法学教育旨在把社会人造就为法律人,培养学生运用所学知识解决实际问题能力的教与学的互动过程。教育部多元化卓越法律人才教育培养计划与“供给侧改革”使法学教育的培养目标——涉外型、应用型和复合型人才成为当前工作的新常态,倒逼固有体制由“同一化”转向“差异化”、教学方式由“路径依赖”的知识传递向调结构转变。以现代教学理念、培养适应全球化需要的、经得起实践检验的法学人才。
Law education aims to make man as a legal person and cultivate the interaction between teaching and learning through which students can apply their knowledge to solve practical problems. The Ministry of Education Diversified and Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Program and Supply-side Reform Make the Training Objectives for Law Education-Foreign-related, Applied and Complicated Talents Become the New Normal of Current Work, Forcing the Inherent System from “ Differentiation ”, “ teaching ”from “ path dependence ”knowledge transfer to adjust the structure change. To modern teaching philosophy, training to adapt to the needs of globalization, able to withstand the test of law talents.
