本实验检测了63例鼻咽癌(NPC)活检标本的P53蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的阳性细胞数量,核仁组成区嗜银蛋白平均数(AGNORs)及丝状分裂细胞数(MC)。上述4项指标的水平在间变性大的A亚类NPC明显高于间变性小的B亚类(均P<0.05).表明这4项指标可以作为判断NPC恶性程度和估计预后的辅助指标。P53蛋白阳性细胞数量和PCNA阳性细胞数量之间呈正相关(P<0.01),这可能是P53正常功能丧失,无力阻止NPC细胞活跃增生所致。PCNA阳性细胞数量与AgNORs和MC的水平呈正相关(均P<0.01),提示AGNORs和MC的水平可能受到PCNA水平的调控。
In this study, we detected the number of P53 and PCNA positive cells, the average numbers of AGNORs and the number of mitotic cells (MC) in 63 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) biopsies. . The NPC subgroups with the above-mentioned four indicators of large-scale degeneration were significantly higher than the B subgroup with small degeneration (all P <0.05). These four indicators can be used as a secondary indicator to judge the degree of malignancy and the prognosis of NPC. There was a positive correlation between the number of P53 positive cells and the number of PCNA positive cells (P <0.01). This may be due to the loss of P53 normal function and the inability to prevent the active proliferation of NPC cells. The number of PCNA positive cells was positively correlated with the levels of AgNORs and MC (all P <0.01), suggesting that the levels of AGNORs and MC may be regulated by PCNA.
