补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性分析

目的研究补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2014年2月至2016年1月,于我院进行治疗的急性脑梗死患者102例,以数字法随机分为观察组及对照组各51例。两组患者均给予常规的急性脑梗死相关性药物治疗,且均给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗,对比两组效果。结果观察组治愈人数占比以及总有效率分别为47.06%(24/51)、96.08%(49/51),均显著高于对照组的25.49%(13/51)、74.51%(38/51),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项血脂指标水平无明显差异,分别治疗后观察组TC、TG水平均显著低于对照组,而HDL-C水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者的疗效显著,且能有效控制患者血脂指标水平。 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with atorvastatin in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine acute cerebral infarction related drug treatment, and were given atorvastatin treatment, the observation group patients on this basis with the Buyanghuanwu treatment, the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of the cured patients in the observation group and the total effective rate were 47.06% (24/51) and 96.08% (49/51), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (25.49%, 13.51%, 74.51%, 38/51 ), The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of each lipid between the two groups. After treatment, the levels of TC and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the HDL-C levels were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with atorvastatin has a significant effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction, and can effectively control the level of serum lipids in patients.
