高等职业教育的发展始于上世纪90年代中后期,进入新世纪后,在我国成为“世界工厂”的大趋势下,我国的职业教育更是得到了迅猛发展。《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》指出“高等职业教育必须面向地区经济建设和社会发展,适应就业市场的实际需要,培养生产、服务、管理第一线需要的实用人才”。《全国教育事业第十个五年计划》提出要“适应地区产业结构和就业结构的需要,把各种形式的职业教育和培训有机结合起来,切实落实学业证书和职业资格证书并重的制度”。这两部文件基本上确立了我国高职教育的办学指导思想——即要立足于区域,同时要符合市场的需要,注重职业技能的培养以及职业资格证书的获取方面的培训。本文主要从教师如何开展教育教学方面进行研究,针对高职教育的现状,提出了一些自己的构想。
The development of higher vocational education began in the late 90s of last century. After entering the new century, our country’s vocational education has undergone rapid development under the general trend of becoming a “factory of the world” in our country. The Action Plan for the Revitalization of Education in the 21st Century states: “Higher vocational education must meet the practical needs of the economic construction and social development in the region and adapt to the employment market, and train practical talents needed in the front line of production, service and management.” The Tenth Five-Year Plan for Education in China proposes to “meet the needs of the industrial structure and employment structure in the region, integrate various forms of vocational education and training, and effectively implement the system of both academic certificates and vocational qualification certificates” ". These two documents have basically established the guiding ideology of running a higher vocational education in our country - that is, we should base ourselves on the region, meet the needs of the market, pay attention to the training of vocational skills and acquire vocational qualification certificates. This article mainly studies how teachers carry out education and teaching, and puts forward some ideas for the status quo of higher vocational education.
