本文从拖拉机液压悬挂机组耕深阻力调节系统的基本原理出发,定性地分析了土壤阻力干扰对耕深的影响以及机组在实际耕作过程中诸信号之间的传递关系。 文章着重分析了悬挂机组在调节过程中加载点处的速度、加速度以及作用在悬挂农具悬挂杆上的外力(矩),建立了悬挂机组的动力平衡方程,并进而得出了悬挂机组的机械固有频率即机组频宽的计算公式,建立了加载器油缸的动态特性方程以及整个加载器的传递函数。文章指出,利用位移传感器检测伺服油缸活塞位移,并采用合适的补偿器后,悬挂机组调节过程中对加载油缸的流量干扰可得以基本消除。
In this paper, based on the basic principle of the trailing depth adjustment system of hydraulic suspension unit tractor, the influence of soil resistance disturbance on the tillage depth and the transmission relationship between the signals during the actual tillage are qualitatively analyzed. In this paper, the speed, acceleration and the external force (moment) acting on the suspension rod of agricultural tools are analyzed emphatically. The dynamic balance equation of the suspension unit is established, and then the mechanical inherent of the suspension unit is obtained. The frequency, which is the calculation formula of unit width, establishes the dynamic characteristic equation of the loader cylinder and the transfer function of the entire loader. The article points out that the use of displacement sensor to detect the displacement of the servo cylinder piston, and the use of a suitable compensator, the suspension unit during the adjustment of the load flow of the cylinder can be basically eliminated interference.
