用正交方法研究了燃烧法合成纯的ZnAl2O4粉末样品的可行性,结果表明,燃烧法合成ZnAl2O4粉末样品有快速、节能、所需设备简单的特点,是一种很有前途的合成ZnAl2O4新方法。正交试验表明,最佳的合成工艺是:以Al/Zn物质的量比3∶2、尿素/硝酸铝(重量比)2.5、硼酸/硝酸铝(重量比)0.4、原料搅混时间5 min、反应温度750℃,加热反应时间20min时,合成的ZnAl2O4样品最佳。
The feasibility of synthesizing pure ZnAl2O4 powder samples by combustion method was studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the new method of synthesizing ZnAl2O4 powder by combustion method is rapid, energy saving and simple equipment required. . Orthogonal test showed that the optimum synthesis process was as follows: the molar ratio of Al / Zn was 3: 2, the ratio of urea to aluminum nitrate was 2.5, the concentration of boric acid / aluminum nitrate was 0.4, the mixing time of raw materials was 5 min, When the reaction temperature is 750 ℃ and the reaction time is 20min, the synthesized ZnAl2O4 sample is the best.
