目的:本文将对霉菌性阴道炎患者给予临床分组研究,从而探讨达克宁、制霉菌素在治疗霉菌性阴道炎疾病中所得到的临床疗效方法:对照组患者清洗外阴阴道后给予制霉菌素栓剂治疗;研究组患者清洗外阴阴道后给予达克宁栓剂治疗。观察并记录两组患者临床治疗效果,给予统计学分析,得出结论。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率为92.67%,显著高于对照组患者治疗总有效率75.33%,且P<0.05,两组患者对比结果具有统计学意义。结论:达克宁治疗霉菌性阴道炎具有较好疗效,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: In this paper, patients with fungal vaginitis were divided into groups, in order to explore the clinical effects of doxycycline and nystatin in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods: Patients in the control group were treated with nystatin after vaginal wash Patients in the study group were treated with merkin suppository after washing the vulva and vagina. Observed and recorded the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients, given statistical analysis, draw conclusions. Results: The total effective rate of study group was 92.67%, significantly higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate was 75.33%, P <0.05, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Dacrine treatment of fungal vaginitis has a good effect, and high safety, worthy of clinical application.
