近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展,国民生活水平得到不断提升,各种工程项目越来越多,在工程项目施工中,“安全第一,质量为本”始终是每个企业的基本宗旨。然而在当前企业中或多或少存在管理混乱的问题,一些工程项目未遵循设计要求进行施工,施工质量与技术规范标准不符,造成严重的质量问题。所以,加强工程项目质量控制及管理是提升项目安全性的基础保障,特别是施工阶段的质量管理,所以人们对工程质量问题越来越重视。本文主要围绕工程项目质量控制及管理存在的问题,重点分析了工程项目质量控制及管理要点,以期能为相关需求提供借鉴和参考。
