分层教学,是一种在学生的学习基础上引导学生自主学习数学知识的教学方法,部分教师在了解了这种教学方法优势的前提下,尝试开展分层教学。然而如何才能让分层教学具有可操作性呢?本次研究将说明小学数学分层次教学的具体操作方法。一、课前引导分层次小学生的兴趣爱好不同、特长不同、基础不同,教师不能用统一的方法引导学生学习,否则部分学生可能不能理解数学新知识。部分数学教师提出来:课堂教学的时间有限,作为教师不能花费大量的时间作课前引导,在有限的时间内如何做好
