A.问:怎样培养孩子良好的睡眠习惯?答:(1)要给孩子创造一个良好的睡眠环境。室温适宜,安静,光线较暗。盖被要轻、软、干燥。睡前将尿布换好。(2)睡前不要玩得太兴奋,更不要逗弄孩子,免得因过分兴奋、紧张而难以入睡。(3)要培养孩子自动入睡,不要拍打、摇晃、哼嚼催眠的习惯,也不要让孩子口含奶头入睡。(4)要有固定的睡眠时间和次数。白天睡眠要适宜,以不影响晚间睡眠为好。B.问:什么时候断奶好?答:一般1岁到1岁半比较适宜。如有以下情况,断奶时间可以灵活处理。(1)母亲生病,特别是传染病,必须提前断奶。
