采用传统微生物分离培养方法研究了超级杂交水稻深两优5814种子内生细菌群落多样性。结果表明,深两优5814种子内生菌包含49个操作分类单元(OTU),分属厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)及放线菌门(Actinobacteria)类群。第1优势菌属为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),丰度为37.5%,第2优势菌属为Fictibacillus,丰度为12.5%,第3优势菌属为克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella),丰度为7.5%。相比采用克隆文库的非培养方法,传统微生物分离培养方法获得的种子内生菌更丰富。
Endophytic bacterial community diversity of Shenliangyou 5814 super hybrid rice was studied using traditional microbial isolation and culture methods. The results showed that Shenliangyou 5814 endophytic bacteria contained 49 operating taxonomic units (OTU), belonging to the Firmicutes, Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria groups. The first dominant bacterium was Bacillus, with an abundance of 37.5%, the second dominant species was Fictibacillus with an abundance of 12.5%, the third dominant species was Klebsiella, The degree is 7.5%. Compared with the non-culturing method using a cloning library, traditional endophytic bacteria obtained by the method of microbial isolation and culture are more abundant.
