补气法对机体的免疫调整作用,近年来研究较多。为探讨气虚证细胞免疫功能及补气法对细胞免疫的影响,本研究采用抗人外周血T细胞CD单克隆抗体检测气虚证患者外周血T细胞亚群,并探讨补气治则对外周血T细胞亚群分布的影响。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 气虚证患者22例,男性17例,女性5例,年龄60.7±9.0岁。其中心气虚证11例,西医诊断为冠心病(其中高冠心病3例,伴室性早搏4例);脾肺气虚证11例,西医诊断为慢性支气管炎(其中肺气肿7例,肺心病6例)。
