本文报道了重庆地区1460例、年龄2~96岁健康人桡骨骨矿物质含量(BMC)、单位面积骨矿物质含量(BMC/BW).男性713例、女性747例.结果表明:BMC、BMC/BW两性均在40岁前随年龄增长而增加,40岁后随年龄增长而下降.男性下降缓慢,各相邻年龄组均值比较无显著差异(P>0.05),女性50岁后下降迅速,各相邻年龄组均值差异显著(P<0.01).女性BMC、BMC/BW均显著低于男性 (P<0.05),年龄越大,差值越大.BMC、BMC/BW与身高、体重均呈正相关(r=0.61、r=0.45).运动员的BMC、BMC/BW显著高于其它各种职业组(P均<0.01)
This paper reports the radial bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral content per unit area (BMC / BW) in 1460 healthy subjects aged from 2 to 96 years in Chongqing, including 713 males and 747 females.The results showed that BMC, BMC / BW both increased with age before the age of 40 and decreased with age after the age of 40. The male decreased slowly and there was no significant difference between the adjacent age groups (P> 0.05) (P <0.01) .BMC and BMC / BW in female were significantly lower than those in male (P <0.05), while the difference was greater in older age group.The differences of BMC, BMC / BW and height and weight (R = 0.61, r = 0.45) .BMC and BMC / BW of athletes were significantly higher than those of other occupational groups (all P <0.01)
