目的:观察护理教育干预预防糖尿病足的效果。方法:选择本院2016年6月~2017年6月接收的糖尿病患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,观察组给予护理教育干预,对照组给予常规护理,观察糖尿病足发生情况,调查患者知识掌握情况。结果:观察组糖尿病足发生率低于对照组,疾病知识掌握评分、足部护理知识掌握评分、足部自我护理能力评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者护理中应用护理教育干预后,可提升患者自身糖尿病足预防能力,降低糖尿病足发生率。
Objective: To observe the effects of nursing intervention on preventing diabetic foot. Methods: One hundred patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Nursing education was given to the observation group and routine nursing in the control group. Diabetes mellitus Foot occurred, investigate the patient knowledge to grasp the situation. Results: The incidence of diabetic foot in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The scores of disease knowledge grading, knowledge of foot care grading, and self-care ability of foot were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing care intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus can improve their ability to prevent diabetic foot and reduce the incidence of diabetic foot.
