假设ＴＭＤ对被控结构的影响归结为增加调谐结构振型的阻尼；提出了结构等效阻尼比的概念和计算方法；推荐了规范反应谱修正的一个公式；并把在已知结构上ＴＭＤ系统的优化设计叙述为约束规划问题。在此基础上列出了ＴＭＤ—结构系统的抗震设计步骤，并以一个数字例子说明其应用。
Assuming that the impact of the TMD on the controlled structure boils down to the increase in the damping of the tuning structure’s mode shape; the concept and calculation method of the structural equivalent damping ratio are proposed; a formula for the correction of the normative response spectrum is recommended; and the TMD system is known for the known structure. The optimal design is described as a constraint programming problem. On this basis, the seismic design steps of the TMD-structured system are listed, and a numerical example illustrates its application.
