通过水模型模拟研究,得出了太钢1030×160mm立式板坯连铸机不同拉速时的浸入式水口结构和浸入深度。结果表明,随着拉速的降低,水口的上倾角大小和浸入深度应逐渐减小。
Through the simulation of water model, the submerged nozzle structure and immersion depth of 1030 × 160mm vertical slab caster at different speeds were obtained. The results show that with the decrease of the pulling speed, the size and dipping depth of the nozzle should be gradually reduced.
