离体多细胞球体(Multicellular Tumor Spheroid,MTS)培养技术为肿瘤学研究提供了较理想的实验模型。1970年Sutherland利用V-79细胞株离体培养成具有三维结构的多细胞聚集体。并应用于放射生物学研究。MTS在形态结构和生物学性质上与实体瘤相似,是介于单细胞和实体瘤之间的肿瘤实验模型,已广泛应用于肿瘤学各方面的研究。本文利用CNE细胞株,比较多细胞球体和单层贴壁细胞的放射反应性,以探讨其放射生物学性质。
Multicellular Tumor Spheroid (MTS) culture technology provides an ideal experimental model for oncology research. In 1970, Sutherland used V-79 cell line to cultivate multi-cell aggregates with three-dimensional structure in vitro. And apply to radiobiological research. MTS is similar to solid tumors in terms of morphological structure and biological properties. It is an experimental tumor model between single cells and solid tumors. It has been widely used in various aspects of oncology research. This article uses CNE cell lines to compare the radioresponsiveness of multicellular spheroids and monolayer adherent cells to investigate their radiobiological properties.
