以某轿车等速万向传动中间旋锻轴为研究对象,根据旋锻轴成形工艺中的旋锻特性对旋锻轴毛坯的强度、硬度等力学特性进行设计,基于旋锻轴成形工艺中的热处理强化特性以及旋锻轴产品使用特性和强度要求,提出了旋锻轴产品和毛坯的强度和硬度设计要求、热处理强化的硬度分布及梯度要求。旋锻后硬度试验、旋锻轴产品的强度和硬度试验结果表明,提出的基于成形工艺的轿车旋锻轴及其毛坯的强度和硬度设计方法合理。
Based on the swivel and forging characteristics in swaging and forging process, the mechanical properties of swivel and swivel blank, such as the strength and hardness, were designed based on a constant speed universal transmission swivel and forging shaft of a car. Heat treatment strengthening characteristics and the use of swirl and forging shaft product characteristics and strength requirements, put forward swivel shaft products and rough strength and hardness design requirements, heat treatment to strengthen the hardness distribution and gradient requirements. After the swaging hardness test, the strength and hardness of the swivel-forged shaft product test results show that the proposed method based on the forming process of the car swivel shaft and its rough strength and hardness design method is reasonable.
