７月７日下午《建筑创作》杂志社与天津大学出版社在中国科技会堂召开了《〈建筑创作〉精品集》首发式。出席首发式的嘉宾有建设部、中国建筑学会、北京勘察设计协会、北京城市规划学会、各大设计院、清华大学的专家领导４０余人 新华社、《中国建设报》、《中华建筑根》等十余家新闻媒体也应邀出席。首发式由《建筑创作》杂志社主编金磊主持。《建筑创作》编委会副主任、北京市建筑设计研究院首席总建筑师何玉如作主旨发言 表示《（建筑创作）精品集》的出版 不仅是北京市建筑设计研究院设计理论的写照之一 更代表并反映了全国大院的设计水平。《建筑创作》杂志社将继续本着为全行业服务的办刊方针 为建筑师提供展示的舞台。《建筑创作》杂志社社长李铭陶介绍了《〈建筑创作〉精品集》的编撰过程 并归纳其特点为新技术、实用性和指导性。以下为专家发言摘要
