本文研究了波导网络分析仪的原理、结构和特征;推导并且比较了用波导网络分析仪和同轴网络分析仪测量波导网络的S参量的部份主要高频系统误差。证明用同轴网络分析仪测量波导网络的S参量,如果不通过计算机校准,而仅用一般的校准方法,误差将会太大;而用波导网络分析仪测量波导网络的S参量的准确度则要高得多。推导的误差公式简单实用,可以用于计算测量误差。文中分别给出了用波导网络分析仪和同轴网络分析仪测量经过校准的波导元件的实测结果,并且评价了波导网络分析仪的优缺点。
In this paper, the principle, structure and characteristics of waveguide network analyzer are studied. Some major high-frequency systematic errors of S-parameters of waveguide network are deduced and compared with waveguide network analyzer and coaxial network analyzer. It is proved that if the S-parameter of the waveguide network is measured by the coaxial network analyzer, the error will be too large if only the general calibration method is adopted instead of the computer calibration. The accuracy of the S-parameter of the waveguide network measured by the waveguide network analyzer Much higher. The derived error formula is simple and practical and can be used to calculate the measurement error. In this paper, the measured results of the waveguide elements calibrated by the waveguide network analyzer and the coaxial network analyzer are respectively given, and the advantages and disadvantages of the waveguide network analyzer are evaluated.
