党建问题是一个关系到我党兴衰的重要问题,而高职学生的党建工作是学校党建工作的有机构成部分。对大学生的思想政治教育工作要求高职院校加强学生的党建工作,因此高职院校要结合自身特点与优势,根据本校人才培养计划,探索多样化的党建工作方式。做好学生党建工作,就要了解高职学生党建工作的已有水平,了解学生党建工作中存在的问题,研究相关对策,将学生党建水平推上一个新台阶。
The issue of party building is an important issue that concerns the rise and fall of our party. The party building of higher vocational students is an organic part of the party building in schools. The ideological and political education for college students requires that higher vocational colleges strengthen students’ party building work. Therefore, vocational colleges should, in light of their own characteristics and advantages, explore a diversified way of working for party building according to their personnel training programs. To do a good job in party building, we must understand the current situation of party building in higher vocational colleges, understand the problems existing in party building, and study relevant countermeasures to push the party building level to a new level.
