弹性金属塑料瓦(EMP)径向滑动轴承是一种新型的轴承,由于轴瓦所采用的复合材料的特殊特性使得其表面能远低于传统的金属瓦轴承,从而有可能存在油膜边界滑移现象。本文对EMP径向滑动轴承油膜边界滑移现象进行了实验研究,再次证实了边界滑移现象的存在,并推导出了EMP径向滑动轴承油膜边界滑移速度的公式。
EMP radial plain bearings are a new kind of bearings. Due to the special characteristics of composite materials used in bearing shells, their surface can be far lower than that of traditional metal bearing, so there is a possibility of oil film boundary slippage . In this paper, the experimental study of the boundary slip phenomenon of EMP radial plain bearings was carried out. The existence of the boundary slip phenomenon was confirmed again and the formula of slip velocity at the boundary of the EMP radial plain bearings was deduced.
