白塔人民公社地处山区,交通阻塞,运輸不便。全社四个生产大队,25个核算单位,有胶輪小車290輛,木輪小車386輛,全社物資的輸出輸入,主要靠这部分数量有限的运輸工具承担。我社盛产小麦、玉米、大豆、花生和黃烟,农副产品如毛猪、鷄子等也很多,大办乡社工业以后,又先后成立了造紙、陶瓷、皮革、鉄木、榨油等八个工厂。随着工农业生产的飞跃发展,迫切要求交通运輸工作跟上去。去年8月份公社曾經組織过100輛小車的运輸队,对促进城乡物資交流起了很大的作用。人民公社体制下放以后,这部分工具全部回到生产队,对运輸一度失于組織領导,使許多农副产品不能及时运出,許多工业产品、生活用品不能及时輸入。社員
Baita People’s Commune is located in the mountains, traffic congestion, transport inconvenience. In August last year, the commune has organized a transport team of 100 vehicles, which has played a significant role in promoting the exchange of urban and rural supplies. After the system of people’s communes was decentralized, all of these tools were returned to the production team. As a result, transportation was once lost to organizational leadership and many agricultural and sideline products can not be shipped out in time.
