目的:观察茶多酚对家兔C-BSA肾炎模型的治疗作用。方法:用天然牛血清蛋白制备家兔肾炎模型,观察茶多酚在不同剂量下对模型肾炎的治疗作用。结果:茶多酚能明显降低C-BSA肾炎模型兔的尿蛋白、血清肌酐及尿素氮(P<005或P<001),减轻肾小球肿胀、细胞增生,抑制血栓形成及白细胞浸润,修复肾小球病理改变。大、小剂量间疗效差异显著,呈剂量相关性(P<005)。结论:茶多酚对家兔C-BSA肾炎模型具有良好的治疗作用
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of tea polyphenols on rabbit model of C-BSA nephritis. METHODS: Rabbit nephritis model was prepared with natural bovine serum albumin, and the therapeutic effect of tea polyphenols on nephritis at different doses was observed. RESULTS: Tea polyphenols significantly reduced urinary protein, serum creatinine, and urea nitrogen (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in rabbits with C-BSA nephritis, reduced glomerular swelling, cell proliferation, and inhibited thrombosis. Leukocyte infiltration repairs glomerular pathology. There was a significant difference in efficacy between large and small doses, showing dose-related (P<005). Conclusion: Tea polyphenol has a good therapeutic effect on rabbit model of C-BSA nephritis
