人都说学校体育工作搞好搞不好,关键在领导。那么,作为一校之长,该怎样领导一所学校的体育工作呢?对此,我有几点较深的体会: 一、校长抓体育,首先得抓观念导向常言说“船载千斤、掌舵一人”校长喜欢抓什么,教工就愿意抓什么。从当前看,片面追求升学率的问题,仍是“批”而不臭,体育工作“说起来重要,抓起来次要,考试前不要”的状况还较为普遍存在。我们缄郊中学,是乡人民政府为了解决本乡农民子女读书难的问题而集资兴办的。五年来,教育投入高达4百万。学校对新生几乎没有选择余地,思想教育和知识传授
