目的观察中药通心络胶囊对垂体后叶素诱发大鼠心肌缺血的拮抗作用。方法采用Wistar大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素诱发心肌缺血的方法,观察通心络的抗缺血作用及其对血清学的影响。结果与模型组比较,通心络组能明显降低大鼠急性心肌缺血时血浆内皮素(ET)水平,达到统计学意义,同时可抑制ET与一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)比值的升高,并达到统计学意义。结论通心络能对抗垂体后叶素引起的大鼠急性心肌缺血时缩血管物质的释放,增加舒血管物质的释放,提示通心络对于缺血心肌有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the antagonistic effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Wistar rat tail vein injection of pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia was used to observe the anti-ischemic effect of Tongxinluo and its influence on serology. Results Compared with the model group, Tongxinluo group can significantly reduce the plasma endothelin (ET) level in rats with acute myocardial ischemia, reaching statistical significance, and can inhibit the increase of the ratio of ET and nitric oxide synthase (NOS). And achieve statistical significance. Conclusion Tongxinluo can counteract the release of vasoconstrictor substances in rat acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and increase the release of vasodilatory substances, suggesting that Tongxinluo has a certain protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
