沥青的耐久性是影响沥青路面使用质量和寿命的重要因素。采用薄膜烘箱老化试验和SHRP指标评价老化过程对2种塔河沥青路用性能的影响。利用热重-差热分析-质谱联用技术研究塔河沥青在升温过程的分解与热性质,分析塔河沥青的老化机理。结果表明,老化过程中对调和工艺生产的塔河技改沥青产生较明显的影响。塔河技改沥青老化后各指标均满足现行规范90号A级的技术要求,具有良好的抗老化性能。热质联用试验结果表明,塔河沥青在闪点温度左右开始有质量损失,在沥青的使用温度范围内时沥青的老化是小分子成分的挥发与氧化作用。
Asphalt durability is an important factor affecting the quality and life of asphalt pavement. Film aging test and SHRP index were used to evaluate the influence of aging process on the performance of two kinds of asphalt pavement. The thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) technique was used to study the decomposition and thermal properties of Tahe asphalt during the heating process. The aging mechanism of Tahe asphalt was analyzed. The results show that during the aging process, Tahe Technical Asphalt produced by reconciliation process has obvious influence. Tahe River Technical Asphalt aging indicators meet the current specifications of 90 A-level technical requirements, with good anti-aging properties. The results of heat and mass spectrometry show that Tahe asphalt begins to have mass loss around the flash point temperature and the aging of asphalt is the volatilization and oxidation of small molecule components within the temperature range of asphalt.
