目的观察分析对乳牙使用Vitapex糊剂进行根管充填的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治拟行根管充填的患儿60例共72颗乳牙,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患儿使用Vitapex糊剂进行充填,对照组使用氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根管充填,对比观察两组患牙治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用Vitapex糊剂对乳牙进行根管充填,相比以往的氧化锌丁香油糊剂具有更为理想的临床疗效,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of root canal filling with Vitapex paste on deciduous teeth. Methods Totally 72 cases of primary deciduous teeth from 60 children with endodontic canal filling were enrolled in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The children in observation group were filled with Vitapex paste and the control group were treated with zinc oxide and clove oil paste Root canal filling, compared with two groups of teeth treatment effect. Results The success rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Vitapex paste root canal filling of deciduous teeth, compared with the previous zinc oxide clove oil paste has a more ideal clinical efficacy, it is worth further promotion and application.
