To investigate the anti-oxidative defense of human follicular fluid enzymes and their accompanying changes in aging research. Twenty-four patients were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups of 12 patients each: young group (27-32 years) and old group (39-45 years old). Regular long protocol are used to promote ovulation. Record the volume of follicular fluid in each follicle during ovulation
