目的 探讨消瘤丸对放、化疗后小鼠造血系统的影响。方法 采用环磷酰胺法( 化疗) 和60Co 照射法( 放疗) 造成白细胞减少,观察消瘤丸对小鼠外周血白细胞数的影响。结果 消瘤丸灌胃给药,1 次/d ,连续2 周,5 g/kg与10 g/kg 组可剂量依赖性地改善放、化疗所致小鼠外周血白细胞数减少和骨髓DNA 含量降低,并可提高60Co照射所降低的脾表面结节生成单位。结论 消瘤丸有减低小鼠放疗和化疗所致造血系统毒性的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoliu Pill on hematopoietic system in mice after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods Leukopenia was induced by cyclophosphamide (chemotherapy) and 60Co irradiation (radiotherapy). The effect of Xiaoliu Pill on the number of white blood cells in peripheral blood of mice was observed. Results Xiaoliu pills were administered intragastrically once a day for 2 weeks. 5 g/kg and 10 g/kg groups could dose-dependently improve leukocyte number and bone marrow DNA content in peripheral blood of mice induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Decreased and increased splenic surface nodule production units reduced by 60Co irradiation. Conclusion Xiaoliu pills can reduce the hematopoietic toxicity caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in mice.
