现在国内的音乐学院主要分为音乐表演类、音乐教育两大类。音乐教育毕业生主要倾向于从事学校的音乐教育;而音乐表演毕业生的就业面就相对比较广,大致可以分为以下几个方面:1.专业文艺团体演奏员;2.音乐培训机构的教学(社会儿童艺术培训机构、私立培训机构、青少年宫等教师);3.私立学校、幼儿园的音乐教师;3.各地市县行政、企、事业单位文化局、文化站的工作人员。由于近几年社会音乐培训机构的飞速发展,需要大量的音乐人才从事这方面的教学,所以有很大一部分的音乐表演学生加入到了音乐培训机构的教师队伍当中来。但是由于缺乏教育方面相关方面的知识,致使他们在从事这项工作中遇到非常多的困难。一般的培训机构中音乐实习生所占的比例较大,特别是音乐表演专业的群体较大。

Music training institutions teaching (Social children’s art training institutions, private training institutions, youth palace and other teachers); 3 private schools, kindergarten music teachers; 3 cities and counties throughout the administrative, enterprises and institutions cultural bureau, cultural station staff. Due to the rapid development of social music training institutions in recent years, a large number of music talents are required to teach in this field. Therefore, a large part of music performance students have joined the music training institute teachers. However, due to the lack of relevant knowledge in education, they have encountered many difficulties in carrying out this work. The proportion of music intern trainees in general training institutions is relatively large, especially in music performance major groups.
