近段时间,对于“以房养老”的讨论再度升温。“你留下房子,我为你养老”。“以房养老”作为一种新型的养老方式,老人可以将自己的产权房抵押给银行等金融机构,定期获得一定数额养老金或者接受老年公寓服务。房主去世后,该房产出售用于归还贷款,其升值部分归抵押权人所有。然而试行以来却在部分地区遭停办,引发了人们的思考。“以房养老”到底可不可行?拥有了房产是否真的能保证老有所养?
