用透射电子显微术和X射线能谱术分析了Ti_3Al-Nb合金在不同热处理状态下的组织结构。结果表明。添加铌使Ti_3A1基合金的铸态组织中的α_2相晶粒中的有序畴细化。Ti_3Al-11Nb合金从高温缓冷到室温的组织由粗大的α_2相晶粒和晶间的β相晶粒组成。Ti_3Al-10Nb合金从1200℃空冷、油淬和水淬到室温后,组织(主要或全部)分别为α_2相、马氏体相+B2相,B2相组成。油淬样品在750℃时效时沿晶界和晶内析出不同形态的α_2相。α_2相晶粒及其内部的有序畴在时效过程中长大。
The structure of Ti_3Al-Nb alloy under different heat treatment conditions was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show. The addition of niobium refine the ordered domains in the α_2 phase grains in the as-cast Ti_3Al-based alloy. The structure of Ti_3Al-11Nb alloy from high temperature to room temperature is composed of coarse α_2 phase grains and intergranular β phase grains. Ti_3Al-10Nb alloy from air cooling at 1200 ℃, oil quenching and water quenching to room temperature, the organization (main or all) were α_2 phase, martensite phase B2, B2 phase composition. Oil quenched samples precipitated α_2 phase with different morphology along the grain boundary and in the grain at 750 ℃. The α_2 phase grains and its internal ordered domains grow up in the aging process.
