现阶段石油管材复合加载试验中,试验载荷谱的计算和编排须严格依据《石油天然气工业套管及油管螺纹连接试验程序》等国家标准,并糅合大量经验公式和参数。专业人员设计新的载荷谱时,需根据自身经验,经过调参、试数等方式,人工计算,工作量很大。本文中设计开发的基于Lab VIEW 2013,采取“生产者消费者”模式,设计了一种载荷谱计算软件,解决了这一难题。用户只需根据工况填写试验参数,便能设计出严格符合标准的的试验载荷
In the current stage of composite loading test of petroleum pipe, the calculation and arrangement of test load spectrum shall be strictly based on the national standards such as “Test Procedure for Casing and Tubing of Tubing in Oil and Gas Industry” and incorporate a large number of empirical formulas and parameters. Professionals to design a new load spectrum, according to their own experience, after the reference parameters, such as test count, manual calculation, heavy workload. In this paper, based on the design and development of Lab VIEW 2013, “producer consumer ” model, designed a load spectrum calculation software to solve this problem. Users simply fill in the test parameters based on working conditions, we can design a strict standard test load
